Céline Cidère has written an unusual book—part-picture book, part-practical guide. It is divided into six chapters that allow the reader gradually to understand how and why Miz Bubbl grows and shares her bubble.

While our consumer and information society drives us to hyperconnectivity, Céline offers her readers a chance to look inwards, to enjoy a moment alone in their bubble so that they are better able to reach out to other people.

Galou tells us about the history of time. A time that is measured, weighed, divided and then sold until there is none left. Galou encourages the child to think about the value of time, and reflect upon the consumer society in which we live.

The book is an invitation to take the time to live, quite simply.
